Getting Started
What is The Fit Class?
The Fit Class is an AI personal training app that creates personalised workout and nutrition plans based on your goals, experience, equipment, schedule and preferences.
How does my plan get created?
Your plan is generated from the information you provide during onboarding, including your goal, training level, available equipment, workout days, dietary preferences and lifestyle details.
Can beginners use The Fit Class?
Yes. Your plan is adapted to your current fitness level. If you are new to training, the app will keep the plan more manageable and focus on consistency, technique and safe progression.
Workouts & Progress
Can I view my full weekly plan?
Yes. You can view your full training week from the Weekly Plan section. This is useful if you want to look ahead or catch up on a missed workout.
Can I track the weights I lift?
Yes. You can log your workout performance, including weights, reps and notes. This helps you monitor progress over time and gives your future plans better context.
What should I do if an exercise feels too hard or too easy?
Use the Ask AI Coach feature for guidance, or adjust the weight, reps or rest time to suit your current ability. You should feel challenged, but not completely out of control.
Do I have to complete the workouts on the exact day shown?
No. The weekly plan gives structure, but you can move sessions around if needed. The most important thing is completing the right sessions across the week where possible.
Meals & Shopping List
Are the meals personalised?
Yes. Your meals are created around your goal, calories, protein target, dietary preferences and selected cuisines where possible.
Where can I find my shopping list?
You can find your weekly shopping list inside the app under Shopping List. It is based on the meals in your current weekly plan.
Can I swap meals?
Meal flexibility will depend on the current version of your plan. If a meal does not suit you, you can use Ask AI Coach for alternative suggestions that still fit your goal.
AI Coach
What can I ask the AI Coach?
You can ask about workouts, technique, nutrition, recovery, motivation, missed sessions, meal ideas and how to adapt your plan around real life.
Is the AI Coach a replacement for medical advice?
No. The AI Coach can provide general fitness and nutrition guidance, but it does not replace advice from a doctor, physiotherapist, dietitian or other qualified health professional.
What is the Weekly Coach Note?
The Weekly Coach Note gives you a summary of your recent progress and practical guidance for what to focus on next.
Membership & Billing
How do I manage my membership?
You can manage your subscription from the Billing & Membership section inside the app.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from Billing & Membership. Your access may continue until the end of your current billing period depending on your subscription terms.

You can update your profile and login details from Account Settings inside the app.
How do I change my plan details for next week?
Use Adjust Next Week’s Plan to update your preferences before your next plan is created.
