Step-by-Step Guide: How to Perform Face Pulls

  1. Set Up: Attach a rope handle to a high pulley and stand facing the machine, holding the rope with both hands.
  2. Pull Towards Face: Pull the rope towards your face, leading with your elbows and keeping your upper arms parallel to the floor.
  3. Squeeze and Release: Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end of the movement, then slowly return to the starting position.
  4. Repeat: Perform the desired number of repetitions, focusing on controlled and smooth movements.
