Step-by-Step Guide: How to Perform Skull Crushers
- Set Up: Lie on a flat bench, holding a barbell or EZ curl bar with an overhand grip.
- Lower the Bar: Slowly lower the bar towards your forehead by bending your elbows, keeping your upper arms stationary.
- Extend and Repeat: Press through your palms to extend your arms back to the starting position and repeat.
