How to T-Bar Rows

T-Bar Rows are a compound exercise that targets the upper back, lats, and rear deltoids. This exercise is performed using a T-Bar Row machine or a barbell in a corner with a handle attachment.

Step-by-Step Guide: How to Perform T-Bar Rows

  1. Set Up: Position yourself on the T-Bar Row machine or set a barbell in a corner with a handle attachment. Grip the handles with both hands.
  2. Row the Weight: Pull the weight towards your chest, keeping your elbows close to your body and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  3. Lower Slowly: Lower the weight back to the starting position with control.
  4. Repeat: Perform the desired number of repetitions, maintaining good form throughout.
