This Privacy Policy explains how The Fit Class collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use our website, app, AI fitness plan features, subscription services and related support.

1. Who we are

The Fit Class is operated by PT2Home Ltd. In this policy, “The Fit Class”, “we”, “us” and “our” means PT2Home Ltd trading through The Fit Class.

For data protection purposes, PT2Home Ltd is the controller of the personal information we collect through The Fit Class.

2. The information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information created when you use The Fit Class, and limited technical information from your device or browser.

Account information

  • Name, email address, login details and account preferences.
  • Subscription status, membership type and billing-related identifiers.
  • Support messages and feedback you send to us.

Fitness, nutrition and onboarding information

  • Your goals, training experience, preferred workout days and available equipment.
  • Height, weight, age range, activity level, dietary preferences and nutrition targets where you choose to provide them.
  • Exercise logs, weights used, reps, notes, progress entries, plan preferences and check-in responses.
  • Information about injuries, limitations, medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies or other health-related details where you choose to provide them so that the app can create safer and more relevant guidance.

AI-generated and app usage information

  • AI prompts, AI responses, workout plans, meal plans, coaching notes and plan update history.
  • Feature usage, pages viewed, progress interactions, achievement activity and app performance data.
  • Device, browser, IP address, approximate location, cookie identifiers and diagnostic information.
Some fitness, health, injury, pregnancy, dietary allergy or medical information may be treated as special category data under UK data protection law. We only ask for this where it is relevant to providing personalised fitness, nutrition or safety-related guidance.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to provide, personalise, secure and improve The Fit Class.

4. AI processing

The Fit Class uses AI to help generate personalised workout plans, meal guidance, shopping lists, coaching notes, progress summaries and responses from the AI coach.

To provide these features, relevant parts of the information you submit may be processed by trusted AI service providers on our behalf. This may include your goals, preferences, training logs, nutrition preferences, limitations and questions you ask the AI coach.

Do not submit information that you do not want processed for these purposes. You should not use The Fit Class as a replacement for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

5. Payments and billing

Payments and subscription billing are handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

We may receive payment-related information such as your subscription status, payment success or failure, billing email, customer ID and limited card details such as brand and last four digits where provided by the payment processor.

6. Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, protect the service, measure performance and understand how people use the website and app.

You can usually control cookies through your browser settings. Some cookies are necessary for the website and app to work properly.

7. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information where needed to operate, protect or improve The Fit Class, or where required by law.

We may share information with:

  • Hosting, website and database providers.
  • Payment processors such as Stripe.
  • AI service providers used to generate plans, coaching notes and AI coach responses.
  • Email, support, analytics, security and technical service providers.
  • Customer relationship management and communication providers such as Zoho, which help us manage enquiries, onboarding, support and account-related communication.
  • Analytics and session recording providers such as Inspectlet, which help us understand how users interact with The Fit Class so we can improve usability, performance and user experience.
  • Professional advisers, regulators or authorities where legally required.

8. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we take steps designed to ensure your information receives appropriate protection, such as using recognised safeguards or working with providers that apply appropriate data protection protections.

9. How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing your account, maintaining records, meeting legal obligations, resolving disputes and improving the service.

Fitness plans, logs, preferences and progress history may be kept while your account remains active so you can access your training history and receive personalised updates. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete or anonymise personal information unless we need to keep certain records for legal, accounting, fraud prevention or dispute reasons.

10. How we protect your information

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls, secure hosting practices and account authentication. However, no online service can guarantee complete security.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and letting us know if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

When you request deletion, we will delete or anonymise personal information unless we are legally required to keep certain records for fraud prevention, payment disputes, legal obligations, security or accounting purposes.

13. Children

The Fit Class is not intended for children. You should not create an account or submit personal information if you are under 18 unless we clearly allow this with appropriate parental or guardian involvement.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date on this page. If the changes are significant, we may also notify you by email or through the app.
